1. Identify your Amplifier
Remove your amplifier and check the model number on the underside. For a full list of supported repair models please click here.
You may at this stage wish to carefully open your amplifier to survey it for repair. Note we cannot repair burnt out chips or boards.
We specialise in the repair of specific models of bose amplifier. Please use the list above to find your amplifier and more information about it’s repair.
2. Book your Repair
Book your repair online or call us on 0330-808-4151 . When ordering via our online booking system you will receive an email with instructions.
You do not need to pay for the repair at this stage, but this will give you the repair cost.
3. Package your Amplifier
Carefully package your amplifier such that there is no chance of it being knocked or damaged in the post.
- Print and complete our packing slip and place it INSIDE with the amplifier
- Use plenty of bubble wrap
- Ensure there are no spaces or gaps within your box
- Ensure the packaging is watertight
- If shipping from outside the UK click HERE
Print off this label and attach to the outside of the box – making sure it is securly attached.
4. Ship us your Amplifier
With your amplifier carefully packaged and your booking slip inside, it’s time to ship your repair.
Send via Royal Mail – alternatively we’d highly recommend using a shipping comparison website such as Parcel2go.

5. We Repair and Return
Upon receipt of your amplifier we will assess it for repair. If we unable to repair the unit we will contact you, otherwise we will proceed with the repair.
Once we complete the repair we will contact you for payment, the unit will then be shipped back to you.
Our cost of repair includes a standard return shipping cost. If we can repair the unit it will be dispatched according to the shipping option selected – free delivery is only for UK mainland only .. please ensure that you have selected the correct option or this may cause a delay on prepaid orders.
We can express return the item for a small charge extra (this doesn’t mean that the repair will take less time , it’ll just get back to you quicker)
Should we be unable to repair the unit you will be responsible for return shipping. You can arrange your own courier to collect if this is more suitable.
